A compilation of studio outtakes, single take demos, and covers that provides a glimpse into the creative process of the band and some of the musical directions that were left unexplored on their two official releases. Lead-off track "Leave it Alone" was recorded in March of 2010 and originally intended for inclusion on the "There Goes Success" album. It is another guitar driven epic from the Fizzies, sure to please fans of 80's post-punk and early alternative, with splashes of 90's era drone and shoegaze thrown in for good measure.
